The Fee and Cost are governed by the Right to Information (Regulation of Cost and Fee) Rules, 2005 and the Right to Information (Regulation of Cost and Fee) (Amendment) Rules, 2005 and subsequent amendments issued by Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personal and Training).
